Elevated Care for the Whole You

Mission Statement
At Sagrado Health and Wellness we meet you exactly where you’re at—physically, emotionally, and functionally. We believe healthcare is not one-size-fits-all, so we create truly personalized care plans tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.
We focus on health and wellbeing as two sides of the same journey: restoring physical function and freedom from pain, while nurturing the broader sense of vitality, confidence, and life enjoyment that holistic wellbeing brings.
Guided by our mantra “It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it,” we focus on quality treatment to guide you with expertise, compassion, and clarity every step of the way.
We live our values daily: intentional listening, continuous learning and education, personal and professional growth, astute innovation, a dedication to both detail and punctuality, and a foundation built from collaboration and trust.
Our mission is to empower you to feel stronger, move better, and live with greater confidence—through individualized care that educates, inspires, and truly transforms. We are here to grow with you. We don’t just want you to feel better, we want you to flourish!

What Does Sagrado Mean?
Sagrado is the Spanish translation of the word sacred. Something that is highly valued and important can be described as being sacred; the origins of which come from the Latin word sacrum.
Located at the base of the spine, the sacrum is a triangular bone composed of five fused vertebrae. Being the last bone in the body to decompose, the sacrum protects reproductive organs and was considered to be the seat of the soul by both the ancient Greeks and Romans.
Sagrado’s logo incorporates the sacrum and the tree, which reflects the life that can grow from the body. We believe good health to be sacred and the foundation for a life of agency, joy, and endless potential. At Sagrado Health and Wellness we don't just want you to feel better, we want you to flourish.
